Power Startup Programme

Power Up Plus – Theory & Practical (3 Sessions)

Who should attend? – Any salesperson who just join the team

 

Objective – Equip all Salespersons the knowledge on how to select the right property sectors to focus on. They will be given the Right techniques & Systems and all the steps on how to get started no matter which sectors they decide to choose.  They will be expose on Landed, New Launches and Resale markets too.  At the end of the session, they will be able to select the right sectors to kick start their career.

Course Content- 3 Sessions

1.  Creating GTA Using Statistic

3.  Conversion & Qualifying 

These 3 sessions workshops will equip all Salespersons with the Right Techniques & System to kick start their real estate career.  How can our salesperson benefit from using our RealTime System (RTS) effectively?  They will be given the steps on how to select the right GTA and projects to focus on.  With the financial skills shared, they will be able to convince the clients to buy more effectively.  How to use the right negotiation techniques to close multiple deals?  There will be a role-play session on presentation skill, this will be the last session whereby the agents have to practice what they have learnt.  This is a course not to be missed by anyone who joined our team.

Power Financial Presentation - New Edition!

Course Objective: Power Financial Presentation (PFP) is the latest & new training initiative from Powerful Negotiators Group.  Although many agents have attended our PST training but despite that, they still have difficulties applying what they have learnt from the class. We observed that due to lack of confidence & practice, many RES fear to present when meeting clients.

 

This training will focus on helping these people to overcome their fear and provide specific case studies for them to practice during the class.  Case studies will be done in groups, allowing them to share and learn from one another and improve their financial planning skills. Our facilitators will assist and share with them how the case study should be presented and what should be avoided during the presentation.  

It’s done in systematic approach to help our RES overcome their fear and easy to remember steps & formulas to do well in their restructuring sales presentation.

 

The facilitators Gaynor Lim, Gary Seah, and Alvin Low & Kelly Lim are selected for this program as facilitators to conduct this program. They have also successfully restructuring their client's property portfolio, thus earning many commission for themselves.

 

Pre-requisite: All RES are to complete all NEW Power Selling Techniques (PST) Module before attending this course. This training consists of four modules and will be run in monthly basis.

Power Landed Sales (PLS) – Brand New Edition!

Course Objective: Power Landed Sales (PLS) is the latest & brand new training initiative from Powerful Negotiators Group.

Many agents have been wanting to penetrate the landed segment, however they still face challenges applying what think they know because landed is an entirely different ballgame segment dealing with multiple-properties owners. We observed that due to lack of confidence, knowledge in landed & practice, many RES fear to present when meeting clients from the landed segment.

 

This PLS training will focus on helping teammates to overcome their fear and provide specific landed knowledge for you to apply step by step into the landed segment. Our on-the-ground facilitators will be able to assist and share with you how they have successfully closed many landed properties in their years of vast landed experience.
